We still can't seem to grasp the 'Tier' thing. Here is what the Tier people think.
Basically there are two different varieties of Tiers. There are 3 separate Tiers for the Currency Exchange itself.
Tier 1 being Countries, Governments, etc.
Tier 2 being Mega Corporations, Whales, etc. and
